Most of the images and all of the downloadable/printable products on this site and my social media sites are my own, and I'm very happy to share these with you, but please give credit and link back. While I have taken care on this site to credit others' images properly when used, if I have not done so correctly, please let me know and I’ll make it right.

(6) Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us, (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your bank or credit card company, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, and (iv) if your initial payment method is dishonoured, you will still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonoured payment.

(7) Refund and Return Policy

Should you make a retail purchase with which you are unsatisfied, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase, if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in original condition with the original packaging and must be returned with an authentic receipt.

At Jewelz Hair Co. strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you need adjustments with your cut or color, let us know by emailing us at hello.jewelz.hair.co@gmail.com within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to adjust your cut or color with no additional charge*. We do not offer refunds for services.

They will align with the natural, simple and sustainable standards I adhere to.
