At Jewelz Hair Co. strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you feel you need an adjustment with your cut or color, please let us know by emailing us at hello.jewelz.hair.co@gmail.com within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to adjust your cut or color with no additional charge*. We do not offer refunds for services.

Retail Guarantee

Should you make a retail purchase with which you are unsatisfied, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 14 days from your initial purchase, if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in original condition with the original packaging and must be returned with an authentic receipt.

Cancellation policy

We greatly appreciate the value of your time and appreciate the same courtesy. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This gives us enough time to accommodate another client who needs it. That is why we ask for a deposit of $50 for all appointments upon booking. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, and will be only returned to you when you arrive for your appointment or an advanced notice is given within 48 hours. NO EXCEPTIONS. Your appointment cannot be secured successfully without a deposit.

 Every appointment will be held no later than 15 mins, later than that, we may have to cancel your appointment .
